Nice place with free Wi-Fi, a 24-hour reception, and laundry service. The staff helped me with bug spray on my first stay, which I remember fondly. I highly recommend it! I'm coming back for Xmas.

We had an excellent experience. Fabulous venue, exceptional location so close to the Kelvingrove Museum, nice quiet area and Glasgow, loved our stay. The breakfast was plentiful with cereal and an amazing daily rate, for example, good service. North West district was worth visiting.

The staff were very friendly and helpful and the standard of breakfast was very good.
The stairs down to our room were very dark and steep, it felt a bit claustraphobic.

The staff and breakfasts were great.
The room we had (no15) was pretty shabby and cramped but as we did not spend much time in our room it was bearable.

The room was spacious and clean.
The fact that check-in was across a busy road and that breakfast was not included in the guest house part.

The room was clean and comfortable. Windows could be opened - a plus point for me. There was a television and facilities to make a drink. I stayed only one night and did not eat at the hotel. The staff were efficient and helpful at all times.
The only difficulty for me was having to drag a heavy case down some stairs to reach my room. There was no lift or offers of help from staff.
